February Spice Rack Challenge Round Up:Citrus

Did the groundhog see his shadow this month?  Who knows, because we were freaking out about Snowmageddon.   The snow didn't stop the sun from shining on our spice rack challenge for this month: citrus.  Here is how it all went down:

  8. Thanks for all this and for the preserved lemons hint. After thinking about these for years I finally made some with Meyer lemons today, based on the recipe from Well Preserved (the Eugenia Bone book) - she recommends Meyer lemons and also has a 3-citrus marmalade using Meyer lemons, blood oranges and grapefruit that I am trying tomorrow.

    This was a great year for citrus.

  11. Seems like we are still getting great citrus now (in March) too. Recipes sound lovely everyone! Here's mine....late as always, but seriously worth it. Rhubarb-orange merigue pie.
