I suggested it ...Thanks for picking my suggestion! I suggested it so that maybe people could discover the magic of dried limes, which are a staple of Iranian/Persian food. Check 'em out! These puppies aren't pretty to look at, but they really pack a delicious wallop of citrus and fermented tang. I'm hoping to engage in a Persian cook-fest this weekend, and share the results in my next Spice Rack Challenge post!
